Registering

CO3 has an automatic serial number generator, called the registration book. When uploading a file, you can choose to or not to register it. If you want to register the file, the options available are in the picture.

A registry number (or serial number) is given to the file automatically by the system. The given year’s first case will have registry number 0001. The number of cases increases steadily within a year, while the number of documents within a case increases continuously.

Registered files cannot be deleted from the system.
