The email addon is not part of any plans in CO3 but can be accessed through separate subscription.

You can subscribe to the addon in “Users & Settings” – “Account settings” – “Manage your plan”. The email addon lets you manage your mailbox in CO3, so you don’t have to open your e-mail client in a separate window. Letters received from your partners recorded in CO3 can be “forwarded” at the touch of a button, no need to be copied on the partner’s profile, and you can be sure that all the information you receive from the partner will be recorded.

All you must do to order and buy the Email modul and set up your mail client.
