The Worktime Reports page can be accessed by clicking on the "Reports" link in the action bar above. The reports available on request are:

  • Project reports
  • Contact reports
  • Staff reports


As a filtering criterion, for all three report types, you can specify the time interval, the status of the working time and to which project/contact/user the working time is related to. The latter condition is mandatory within the type.

A report queried based on the specified parameters has a separate search engine. This means that in the results of the resulting lists, additional filters can be performed according to the columns, and sorting can be performed by clicking on the column header.

With the reports, recording the working time is even more transparent, and the statuses of the recorded working hours become easy to review. It also makes it easier to spot gaps and distribute group workload.
