CO3 consists of modules. These are accessible via the menu. Each module performs specific business tasks. Every module has its own Settings page where the appearance, behavior and rules of the module can be customized. Module settings can only be accessed by users with SuperAdmin rights.
Certain modules are organized into subscription packages, which are often referred as plans. The purposes of it is for easier accessibility and preferential pricing. Plans keep track of companies’ requirements based on their activity and size.
To qualify modules even more, you can use various extensions. Need more storage, higher limits or priority support? Choose from the extensions. You can buy extensions as much and whenever you want. Click on the “Users & Settings” tab. You can place an order in the “Plan Management” box under “Extensions”.
