We encourage everyone to use the system bravely, nothing can go wrong. In this way you can discover an operational feature in a self-serving way. No need to write a letter unnecessarily and wait for a reply.
We have also experienced that system messages appearing on the screen may not be read in hurry. However, this worth paying attention to, as the messages clearly indicate where the problem is. So again, you have the opportunity to make immediate, self-service adjustments and move on with your work immediately.
If you encounter a problem that you cannot resolve yourself, you can contact us by filling out a form. If doing so, please describe the problem or question as accurately as possible. Including a screenshot helps speeding up the answering process.
