Markings

The names of the projects are displayed in GANTT views (daily, weekly) and located in the left side of the tabular form. If a “+” mark is visible in front of a project’s name, it means that the project has one or more subprojects. Clicking the “+” mark will open the subproject list. Projects can be nested in infinite depth.

The status of projects and subprojects is indicated by various pictograms behind the project name.

• Blue means the project is running smoothly.
• Orange means that some of the subprojects has passed a deadline
• Red means the project has expired.
• Green means a completed project. A project is considered completed when its financial part has also been settled.

There are familiar pictograms in the “Mosaic view”.

There are no special markings in the tabular or in other project views.
