Are you interested in who, what and when exactly did you do in your CO3 account? If so, this add-on allows you to keep track of your users' activities in one central place. The add-on acts as a sensitive sensor, recording the activities performed. For example, deleting a customer from the partner master, changing a user password, or even cancelling a customer order.
The CO3 records the occurrence of the event, its time, location and the name of the user who performed the action. It does all this using the flexible Common Log Format (CLF), an industry standard. The system collects all events daily in a log file and stores them back 30 days. Logs can be viewed by authorised users or downloaded in XLS format for further processing.
Logging of events in this way starts after the successful activation of the extension. The Event log can be accessed by clicking on the Event log button in the top of the Users & Settings module.
