Filtering in the Calendar

By default, CO3 displays all events for all users in the account on the screen,also facilitating teamwork.

If you only want to see your own events and posts, you can do so. Select your name from the drop-down menu, next to the “Show” text in the right side of the page. After that, you only see your own events.

If there are more employees in one company and employees are separated into different groups, the events for those groups can be viewed separately.

You can filter events for each person or group by selecting the person or group from the drop-down menu.

Filtering events

The different event types can also be filtered using a drop-down menu. You can filter:

  • calendar events
  • partner-specific tasks
  • to-dos with a deadline
  • document expires
  • and project timelines
